- Card processing fee. Paying through Maya adds a 3% processing fee, shown as its own line before you confirm. Partner accounts paying from their balance don’t pay it.
- Live and transparent fares. Fares are subject to availability and may change. If the price changes before payment, we’ll show you the updated total for your confirmation before proceeding.

After you pay
Here’s what happens next. Follow your booking as it moves from payment to ticket issuance and confirmation.

Step 1: Payment received
Your payment has been successfully received. Your booking enters processing, and you can follow its status through your booking page.

Step 2: Ticket issuance in progress
We process your booking with the airline. Once your ticket is successfully issued, your booking status and ticket details will be updated automatically.

Step 3: You’re confirmed
Your booking page will display your booking reference (PNR) and e-ticket details. View or download your e-ticket, and keep a copy for your journey.
Important reminderPayment confirmation and ticket issuance are separate steps. Please wait for your e-ticket before considering your flight booking fully ticketed.
Your payment is protectedIf your ticket cannot be issued and the booking is cancelled, we’ll arrange a full refund of the amount paid, subject to the applicable refund process. You can monitor your refund status through your booking page.

Travelling abroad? Have your passport ready.International bookings may require your passport number, expiry date and other passenger details. Check your destination’s passport validity and entry requirements before departure.

Are prices in pesos?
Yes. Flight prices are shown and charged in Philippine pesos. The price on each result is the total for everyone on the booking, with taxes and our service fee included.
Is there a fee for paying online?
Paying through Maya checkout adds a 3% processing fee. It appears as its own line on the review page, before you pay. Partner accounts paying from their prepaid balance don’t pay it.
How do I pay?
On Maya’s secure checkout page. You enter your payment details on Maya’s page, not on ours.
Do I need an account to book?
No. Book as a guest and find your booking any time with your booking reference and last name. A free account keeps your bookings and saved travellers in one place.
Where do I find my e-ticket?
On your booking page as soon as the airline issues it. From there you can view or print it, add your flights to your calendar, or send a link to it to the email on your booking.
What if my ticket can’t be issued after I pay?
We refund what you paid in full, and your booking status page shows the refund status. Please don’t book again while the page says your ticket is still being confirmed.
Will the price change after I search?
Fares are live, so they can change between searches. You always see the final total before you pay, and that’s exactly what you’re charged.
Can I change or cancel my flight?
It depends on your fare. When the airline provides them, the change and cancellation rules are on the review page before you pay. For a change or cancellation, contact us with your booking reference.
Can my travel agency or company book with you?
Yes. We open prepaid partner accounts for agencies and companies. Your branches book from one shared balance, and wallet bookings have no processing fee. Contact us to set one up.
